Stack 3 is being painted. Stack 2 is in the final stages of concrete work and will be sealed next week. Stack 2 will be cleaned and ready to be painted next week.

Off-season balcony maintenance is currently ongoing at Royal Garden Resort as part of the building’s scheduled improvements. Unit 901’s balcony work was completed during the previous off-season, so no work will be performed directly on that unit. However, guests staying during the winter and early spring months may experience occasional daytime construction noise from other areas of the property. Some areas of the resort may also be temporarily closed off while work is in progress. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information.
